Every year, I ride more , train harder, and pay closer attention to details. But this cannot be the reason for my steady improvement at 48+yrs old. I'm climbing the hills above 8,000ft faster and faster w/ less burn in the legs. The recovery between rides is shorter, and

I've used optygen for a couple of years. I can tell the difference when I quit using it. It won't turn a mule into a thoroughbred but will help you train harder and reach your goals faster.
