Oyptgen HP works well as promisedMay 05, 2009

I have been taking this stuff for almost a year now. I race XC MTB and use this to help increase my VO2Max. After using it for a while you do notice an improvement on performance. The key of course with taking any supplement is continually exercising while taking your exercise routine up a "notch". I have also taken the regular Optygen - which is cheaper than the HP version and noticed only a slight difference. So if you want to try Optygen out at a lower price point i would suggest using that first. Overall a great supplement to take for any type of endurance activity. Not to be used all year long - i have been told by the manufacter that it should only be taken on active months. On the off season they recommmend not using it otherwise your body starts getting used to it. Takes a couple of weeks to start noticing results - so be patient when you first start.

3 bottles + solid training + good diet/ rest = BIG ResultsMay 21, 2011
By SW Ohio Cyclist I started taking Optygen HP in mid March after about a month and a half of base training 50% indoors because of the Ohio winter weather and within 3 weeks I'd already racked up my first road race win of the season. During the use of this product I've upgraded from Cat 3 to Cat 2. This product isn't one that you necessarily will "feel" the effect of in your workout (except for the tingling you feel from the Beta-Alanine) because it's more of an overall endurance improvement that it provides but what I notice the most about it is that it gives me the ability to give a max effort and recover in a very short time in order to give another max effort . . . i.e. on hill repeats I don't taper off as much on #3,4,5+, I can pull a group of riders to the base of a climb and still have enough in the tank to drop them during the climb or after cresting the climb, etc. I am just starting my 3rd bottle this year so after its gone I'm going to quit taking it until mid March next year when hopefully it has the same effect! Make the investment of about $150 on three bottles and I doubt you'll regret it unless you're not training for something and just want to use it for personal improvement . . . that might not be worth the money.

By greatnessiamcom I am not a supplement type person. I was given a bottle of Optygen from a friend. I took this for weeks and noticed the change. I am a endurance runners and I can say it speeds up recovery time, and helps with performance. I am not saying that you can sit on the couch and do nothing and take this and go and run a marathon. I am saying that it will help you with your training.

By Claudino6 I have been doing triathlons for at least 5 years. After trying this product for one month, I will say this works. I notice I have more energy and endurance. My heart rate is lower in running after using this product, which is perfect.
