Not as Effective as SportslegsApr 13, 2009
I used Sportslegs anti-fatigue caps and did biking for 5 hours without any fatigue especially while doing the hills. But these caps are hardly effective, it is as good as not taking them as they don't show any impact. I bonked out several times in my training and in my century ride too having depending on these caps. My husband felt the same too. We compared the ingredients with Sportslegs and bought them from Amazon as the cost was cheaper with Hammer. I think the little pricey Sportslegs are definitely worth it.
