Does it work? Maybe!Jun 28, 2011
By mozzie Most of these products are expensive but are they worth it? maybe is what I've come up with.. it can't possibly hurt! Obviously, all athletes should focus on training, proper food nutrition and recovery. Once you've covered those bases you try this stuff, and decide for yourself if you feel better. I haven't decided whether or not it's the famous placebo effect.
