Description:

The unique Mito Caps formula, helps mitochondria (the thousands of energy-producing "furnaces" in the cells of your body) work more efficiently and stay healthier. The athlete who has the most healthy/efficient mitochondria is the athlete who performs at their best." In addition to those extraordinary benefits, thanks to several of the nutrients in the formula, improved brain health and function is another benefit you may expect from Mito Caps. 3Does it work? Maybe!Jun 28, 2011

Most of these products are expensive but are they worth it? maybe is what I've come up with.. it can't possibly hurt! Obviously, all athletes should focus on training, proper food nutrition and recovery. Once you've covered those bases you try this stuff, and decide for yourself if you feel better. I haven't decided whether or not it's the famous placebo effect.
