Versatile equipmentJun 07, 2007
The rabbit runner is great for ice climbing, especially when you are using leashes on your tools. I also carry mine on all my trad routes - you can remove it from your shoulder without loosing that tenuous jam you are hanging from and they are fantastic for slinging rocks and threadding chockstones. If you're like me, you probably don't carry a lot of double length runners 'cause you either get a rats nest around your neck or you have to coil them and hang them from somewhere else where they like to catch on things. Because these work both as a single or a double sling they solve that problem.
