A TweenerMay 16, 2008 I got this as a do-everything tool that would replace the separate mini-tool and tire levers I carry, plus add a chain tool. It does, but it is considerably larger and heavier than the IB-1 and larger than the IB-2 (which adds a T-25 Torx wrench, which is unnecessary for a road bike). So the question is whether carrying a chain tool is worth it to you, and for me, although I like the idea of having a chain tool, I've never actually broken a chain after thousands of miles of riding. (And if you are a Shimano person and don't carry an extra pin, having a chain tool is useless.) I do like the Park mini-tools; this one just may be more tool than is necessary to carry IF you maintin your bike well.
