i have been wearing these socks for about a year now and they are perfect for long distance running. i have yet to even develop a hot spot on my feet while wearing these socks. product size is spot on. i rate these right up there with drymax trail socks in terms of thickness and protection. i run in 100+ degree weather in the summer and these socks wick sweat VERY well and keep my feet dry. i use these in conjunction with bodyglide and my feet stay in perfect shape. one thing, these aren't 'low' like some brands describe. these do stick out of your shoe and cover the ankle a bit. doesnt bother me, but i know some people dont like that.

I have two pair of these. In the winter my feet sweat and then I chill and am cold all over. I have been trying for at least two years to find socks that wisk the sweat away from my feet. These work!! They feel like a comfy, cozy t-shirt for my feet. Love 'em!!
