ARequip.com wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it (like-for-like only) within 30 days of purchases as long as it in its ORIGINAL condition (must be in RESALABLE condition). All original packing materials (product box) and product information must be returned as well. We, however, cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Climbing Equipment due to liability laws.

A few points of note: 

• A Return Authorization # is required prior to the return of an item. This policy exists because the return address will depend on the specific item that is being returned. Please EMAIL us at customerservice@arequip.com with your Order # and the reason for your request.

• Exchange requests can only be made for the exact same item (like-for-like). If you want a different product, you will need to submit a new order online,

• Customers are responsible for paying for any return freight. Additionally, Returns or Exchanges that bring the total order value to less than the Free Shipping level (if sent originally via Free Shipping) may be charged shipping at that time.
