All orders must be placed ON-LINE via our website.
AVAILABILITY
Inventory is tracked in real-time so our website should always up-to-date on whether a product is in stock. In the shopping cart, you will be able to change the quantity required. However, if you request a quantity greater than what is available, the amount shown will automatically be reduced to the maximum available.
TIME TO SHIP
The estimated time required to ship the product will given on the individual product page. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 days.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Most items are eligible for FREE SHIPPING for orders totaling greater than $25. There are a few exceptions, but prices have generally be reduced in these instances to compensate for shipping charges. If an item is returned that brings the total below $25, ARequip.com reserves the right to charge for shipping at that time. Free Shipping Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL at our discretion.
SHIPPING METHODS
You can select FREE SHIPPING (if terms are met) which can take up to 5 to 9 business days, Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days), 2-Day Shipping or 1-Day Shipping. The carrier used will be based on the service selected and the location/product mix. The 2-Day Service, for instance, might ship via FedEx, UPS or DHL. The number of days quoted only reflects the actual shipping time and does not take into account the time to process the order. Orders generally take 1 to 2 days to process.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
At the time of your order, a time window for shipping and receipt of the order will be provided.
If I request One-Day Shipping, will I get my order the next day? Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, ARequip.com only ships to US destinations. We hope to change this in the future.
